Choose to travel Stockholm Archipelago contains a staggering 30,000 islands and islets approximately and is one of the most picturesque places I explored within the Baltic Sea. The colourful buildings in the main islands of the city looked beautiful against the different shades of blue in the calm sea.

I definitely wouldn’t mind having a summer holiday home on one of these little islands. Preferably a private island with just my little house on it, but hey I’m not that fussy!
There are many different companies which offer hop-on hop-off cruises around the archipelago, which is a great way to get around. It’s also absolutely beautiful in the summer months, so what better way to explore!
Would you be brave enough to live isolated on this tiny little island? I’d like to give it a try. Imagine having a boat to get around everywhere instead of a car? That would be pretty cool.
